Oh lord; if only I could quit my job! I'm a musician but working in debt collections as a rep who talks to lawyers all day. I've been working there for 5 years nonstop, while moonlighting as a semi-professional musician. I'm really good at what I do and believe I can set the world on fire with my music skills. I've won awards in college for it; I've had some good successes in that area; but nothing to really help me break out of this funk. I also have interest in the spiritual counseling and healing arts; I'm a tarot reader and have worked with various like-minded folk in this area. I'm very happy for the stability my corporate job has provided, but the only reason I have that job is for the benefits, and I think to myself that if I left that job, I probably wouldn't NEED those benefits to pay for my anti-anxiety meds! I've tried for over a year looking for new things, and it's just come down to a cry for help right now. Can't stay, can't go. I saw this site and said, yeah, I'm a woman on the fence…..
