Copy of What to do to become stronger and more resilient in life

March, my friends. Did I tell you yet that I live for spring?

Oh, it’s coming!

When you live in Quebec, and your winters are so mother f’ng cold, spring brings so much hope and renewal.

As we begin to usher out the WHITE soon on the ground, let’s start to usher in a new kind of WHITE.

White Space.

What is White Space and why does it matter?

White Space is dedicated time, preferably scheduled into your calendar in advance, intended to allow (and sometimes force) you to zoom out, reflect, come up for air, relax, and refuel.

This is your beginning of the week reminder to schedule time before and after meetings so you can ground yourself and prepare before, and then decompress after. We call this white space, and it’s important to schedule it into your day.

When we rush from thing to thing, it’s as if our bodies think we’re multitasking and it has to work harder to keep our mind alert and responsive.

Don’t know what to do with your white space? I’ve got you, here are 9 ideas.

Take time to regroup before and after important tasks that require your focus. Take a few moments to breathe and decompress before transitioning.

We’re not here to survive – we’re here to thrive.

Let me know below if you’ll commit to adding white space into your calendar this March for your self-care.
