		<description><![CDATA[Love the post. Makes me realize that I am doing something right- 9 of the 12 are regularly in my diet. My kids (11 and 15) and husband all love quinoa. Its a staple in my fridge. Here is what I do:prepare 1 cup quinoa and let cool. Season with 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Serve cold or at room temperature. My trick with the salmon- fresh salmon burgers.
