Great post! 9-11 is a day none of us will forget. I was fresh out of fire academy when it happened. I sat frozen in my fire department lounge when the towers fell, along side many other firefighters. My heart goes out to all who died, their families, friends, acquaintances. I hope we never, ever see that kind of hatred again in this world. Shana is right. Hate creates more hate.

Wonderful 911 post. These women sound amazing. I would have also loved to have heard from Howard Lutnik. I was very fascinated by him too.

Thank you for this post. My best friend lost her husband on 9-11 and she has never been the same since. It was a dreadful day, and we will remain scarred for life from its implications. Hate creates more hate and violence.
