Love this 30 second speech! I try hard to live by the motto “work smart”. Bryan Dyson is an amazingly astute man. Also, if your employees are happy, then your company will flourish and his does. Look at the Chickfila company….they close on Sundays so that the employees can have time with their family and friends. Their company is ultra successful and I am sure that the employees are happier than most in the fast food industry.
